After completing her bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from California State University, East Bay, she leveraged her well-rounded academic foundation to embark on an impactful career path. In mid-2019, Princess joined the team at IH, where she has since spearheaded significant initiatives focused on client acquisition and community resourcing and outreach. Her work in these critical areas has been invaluable, as she works tirelessly to expand the organization's reach and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new clientele.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Princess exemplifies a dedication to holistic wellness. As a health enthusiast, she makes a concerted effort to maintain a nutritious diet that support her active lifestyle. A frequent visitor to the gym, Princess enjoys incorporating a variety of fitness activities into her routine, from strength training to dance-inspired workouts, all in the name of keeping herself fit and energized. Her passion for physical wellbeing is further reflected in her interest in martial arts, which she explores with the same enthusiasm she brings to her other hobbies.

When Princess is not immersed in her work or fitness regimen, she takes great pleasure in discovering new culinary experiences. Jasper is a passionate and driven individual who has chosen to pursue a degree in Psychology with a specialized focus on Industrial Organization at California State University, East Bay. Since joining the IH family in 2023, he has hit the ground running as a program instructor, quickly learning the ropes around client acquisition and intake. Jasper's enthusiasm and strong work ethic have enabled him to excel in this role, as he taps into his deep fascination with human behavior and organizational dynamics. 

Outside of his studies and work, Jasper enjoys a diverse array of hobbies that allow him to stay active, creative, and connected with the world around him. An avid gamer, he can often be found immersed in the latest video game releases, challenging himself and his friends to epic virtual battles that test their strategic thinking and reflexes. When he needs to unwind and recharge, Jasper loves to lace up his running shoes and hit the local nature trails, finding solace in the peaceful surroundings. Photography is another of Jasper's creative hobbies, as he captures the beauty of various subjects through his lens. He also cherishes the time he spends with his best friend and younger brother. With all of these fulfilling activities and relationships in his life, Jasper lives each day with a sense of purpose and joy, continuously striving to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact on those around him.

Margerita is a busy and dedicated mother of four yet despite her busy schedule, Margerita has made the decision to further her education, currently enrolled in community college as she works towards obtaining her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.

This admirable goal speaks to Margerita's strong work ethic and desire to expand her skillset, building upon the impressive 14 years of hands-on caregiving experience she has already accumulated.

In her free time, Margerita makes time to indulge in her favorite leisure activities, which include binge-watching her favorite TV shows and movies as well as getting lost in the pages of a good book. Above all, Margerita's top priorities in life remain her devotion to family, cherished pets, and close-knit group of friends, the people who bring her the greatest joy and fulfillment.

Through her unwavering dedication to her loved ones, her education, and her personal interests, Margerita exemplifies a well-rounded, hardworking individual empowered to make the most of every aspect of her life.

Nathan is a valued member of our team who brings great experience and a strong sense of responsibility to his role. With an extensive background in providing state-licensed child care, Nathan has demonstrated an exceptional ability to create a nurturing, engaging and safe environment for children ranging in age from infancy to nine years old. 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Nathan's is a trained chef and also operates his catering business. When he's not working or supporting his loved ones, Nathan enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family, highlighting the importance he places on maintaining strong personal relationships. His compassionate nature shines through in his personal life, where he generously offers his time and assistance to a family member with a disability.

Kristie is a cheerful and dedicated mental and behavioral health professional with a strong passion for helping others. She brings a thoughtful understanding of human behavior into her work and is known for her active listening, empathy, and patience when supporting clients.

She values family, personal growth, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which helps her stay grounded and present in both her personal and professional life. Kristie strives to create a supportive, respectful environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and cared for.

In her free time, Kristie enjoys cooking, listening to music, playing Rummikub, and singing. These creative outlets allow her to relax and recharge, helping her bring a positive and focused approach to her work each day.

Arjohn completed his education as a licensed vocational nurse, and has since gained extensive experience which has equipped him with the skills, compassion, and problem-solving abilities needed to deliver the highest quality of care in his new role with Inspire Higher. 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Arjohn leads an adventurous and well-rounded lifestyle. He is an avid sports enthusiast who can often be found on the basketball court honing his jump shot, hitting the trails for a mind-grounding hike, pounding the pavement on a distance run, or pushing himself to reach new heights at the gym. Arjohn also values the quieter moments and nourishes his mind through his love of reading. 

Above all else, Arjohn prioritizes his health and cherishes the time he spends with family and friends. His devotion to wellness, combined with the support of his loved ones, enables Arjohn to bring his best self to both his personal and professional life each and every day.

Yvette has dedicated her professional career to the fields of accounting and healthcare administration, leveraging her expertise to make a meaningful impact in her community. After earning a certificate in accounting technician from Chabot College, she embarked on a rewarding 10-year journey as an accounts payable specialist with Planned Parenthood, honing her skills in managing complex financial transactions and ensuring the organization's fiscal responsibilities were meticulously handled. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy proved invaluable in this role, as she deftly navigated the intricacies of healthcare accounting. Seeking to further expand her horizons, Yvette then spent 2.5 years applying her accounting prowess to the payroll systems of Davis Street and Stepping Stones Day Program, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability within the field. 

However, Yvette's passions extend far beyond the office; she is a devoted and loving mother to a delightful toddler, and in her spare time, she indulges in her culinary curiosity by trying new and exciting foods from around the world. An avid traveler, Yvette also enjoys exploring new destinations, immersing herself in diverse cultures and experiences. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, she is an active individual who loves to stay fit through hiking and other outdoor pursuits, all while finding solace and inspiration in the melodies of her favorite songs. Yvette's life, blending professional responsibilities with a zest for personal growth and adventure, shows her dedication and her ability to seamlessly juggle the demands of her career, family, and personal interests.

As the new head of our HR department, Larissa brings a wealth of experience in fostering innovation, developing talent, and optimizing organizational performance. Some of her professional highlights include:

• Chief Operating Officer, Holistic Hyperbarics Inc. Spearheaded organizational vision and strategic planning initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Head of Operations, The Kalish Institute Led the development of cutting-edge physician educational programs, resulting in a 100% increase in sales and expanded market reach.

Larissa's philosophy and approach to HR leadership is rooted in her diverse background, combining strategic business acumen with a deep understanding of human capital development. She believes in creating inclusive, high-performance cultures that empower employees to reach their full potential while driving organizational success.

Beyond the boardroom Larissa is a true global citizen, Larissa has explored over 25 countries, gaining invaluable cross-cultural insights that inform her inclusive leadership style.
