**The Client Advocacy Line is open Monday’s through Friday’s from 8am-4pm except on federal holidays, any after hours calls will be responded to within the next 1-2 business days. This line does not manage client schedules.**
It is with great pride and admiration that we recognize the accomplishments of Jasper, who has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, specializing in Industrial Organization from Cal State East Bay. His exceptional dedication and efforts balancing school alongside work at Inspire Higher have culminated in his well-deserved accomplishment as a Dean's Lister.
As Jasper embarks on the next chapter of his professional journey, we are delighted to announce his seamless transition within our organization, as he assumes a new role as Client Liaison, bringing in a fresh and innovative perspective to this new role.
In this capacity, Jasper will serve as a client-advocate, ensuring that our clients' voices and grievances are heard and their best interests are always at the forefront. He will collaborate closely with our internal teams, families, and case managers, facilitating seamless coordination to deliver the highest standard of client services and care.
Included in Jasper’s key role, is advancing our skills acquisition initiatives and driving meaningful outcomes for our clients. Such as the Literacy & Client Merit Program, Art & Photography Program, Safety & Daily Life Skills Program and much more. Jasper will work to ensure that each client's unique needs and goals, as outlined in their Individual Service Plan (ISP), are thoughtfully addressed and supported throughout the implementation process.
Through these efforts, we anticipate enhancements to the efficacy and impact of our skills acquisition programs and client relations, ultimately enabling our clients to achieve their full potential and make even greater strides towards their personal and professional endeavors.
