Our nurturing environment utilizes a person-centered approach (ISP), rooted in understanding, empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for the unique circumstances and aspirations of those we serve. 

Our qualified instructors take time to deeply listen, to understand the nuances of our participants’ experiences, and develop personalized strategies that address their specific needs – whether that means providing opportunities to access their greater community, offering emotional support, helping them build practical life skills and supporting their independence, or simply being a dedicated advocate on their behalf. 

We believe that with the right support system in place, our participants can and will develop essential skills necessary to achieve self-sufficiency and lead independent and fulfilling lives.
